KZbin tip. Don’t use the #symbol in your title. It’s does nothing to help you on KZbin. Instead when uploading use the tags section to put all of those key terms in.

Is it possible that the changing environment and changing responses inside the body played a bigger factor than data or numbers could quantify? An athlete knowing their body very well may go off plan based on a sixth sense of what the body is signaling. Given such a high athlete iq possibly data doesn’t tell the full story all if the time. Full disclosure I am no expert, far from it. Great video 👍

Brilliant! If you want this channel to blow up in popularity, tell the people how the rest of the peleton is going to keep up with Pogi next year.....what will be necessary to have a zone 2 of 320-340W for 5 hours.

This man knows as much about the sport as anyone in the world. And he walks the walk. Many people don't know that Matt was an accomlished professional triathlete. He's a great human being. And a phenomenal, phenomenal coach. He poured his heart into this video--and we all benefitted from it. Thank you, Matt. A+.

We do not need animal protein at any time. Any kind of athletic performance declines when animal protein is consumed. When eating a whole plant food diet, there is no need to worry about protein regardless of what plants you are eating. It's just there in abundance.

Great information and enjoyed taking in the advice. Really like the way you deliver the message; i.e. non KZbin speak. I'll be there this year after chasing it for 40 years, older and slower but oh so motivated

I get restless legal syndrome. And jump wake. I was thinking of getting noninvasive urinary devices. For men there’s a type. For women there’s a type. Better than adult diapers. But nothing for restless legs or jump wake.

At first when I ran across this channel, I was skeptical and figured it’d be yet another clone of channels offering advice that sounds reasonable but I’ve always found a little unrealistic, in the sense that they just don’t seem to work for me. I used the marathon plan on strava for example and stopped after a single week. I’m sure loads of these plans work for loads of people but as you mentioned- I don’t have a running history (started 2 yrs ago) and many of these plans seems to assume the sessions are easy to follow. And the fact that many are run-only plans is also a big gotcha as I’ve learned the past year. One of my friends is running less than ever (<25 mi/week) but is improving faster than ever (to the point I don’t dare to run with her anymore for fear of slowing her down so much) and the main difference has been that she switched to a lot more strength/ core / hiit training, with one track session a week. The same hasn’t helped me (yet) and I’m guessing I need something else at my stage of my running life … just haven’t been able to figure out what works best for me yet.
