This isn't the r3volve remix, the real one is over 10 minutes long (also on KZbin). This one is just sped up and edited at the end. Pretty bad.

Last time I checked it was okay to sample songs..So if Jason Durelo paid his money to sample this song then it's legal and quite fine....I love Jason Durelo's Whatch say...
