You might get away with replacing the noodles with thin vermicelli noodles. I have not tried it myself.

I precook our ingredients before I fry them. Because I do that I have juices and fat that make the wrappers a bit wetter than most people would want. I have to sort of strain the fat/juice off. But either way they come out delicious. Great recipe!

mine are always blobby…😔 i cant seem to make them stiff.

It’s all about the consistency of the frosting. Blobby usually means the frosting is too soft or warm so the petals melt together instead of staying separated. Chill the buttercream a little bit to help stiffen it up. Russian piping tips are tricky so keep trying!

In my country butter cream melts and got rejected two orders due to melted flower whats rhe best icing for me

I prefer Swiss meringue buttercream but Italian meringue buttercream is more stable in heat. American buttercream works too but I don’t love the taste since it’s very very sweet. Of course, any buttercream will melt when left in extreme heat. Hope this helps!

I found your recipe about a month ago, and since then have made close to 20 plus 10” pizzas for family and friends. Everyone loves it! I sometimes add things like oregano and pepper flakes to the dough, and brush the edges with olive oil and a salt, pepper, garlic seasoning when I don’t cover the outer edge. I also sometimes use a high quality olive oil infused with chilies to make a spicy pepperoni pizza that is out of this world! High quality ingredients is key. The creativity is endless. With a few modifications, I’m making a shrimp and crab pizza with a seafood white sauce. We’ll see how that turns out. Thank you for changing my pizza game! ❤

@@chelseyali I don’t want to be all talk and no game, I’m embarrassed to say that I haven’t tried it yet. Mainly because in the back of my mind, I know that I want to use lump crab meat and not claw. It’s going to be an expensive pizza for sure! But, I really want to make it. I’ll report back here when I do. 😇
