I think 100k for 1st in classic would be a good number. Lower Mr Olympia winners payout from 600k to 450-500k and increase the top 6 placement payouts as well.

I love nick I’m a jersey guy myself and I was routing for him to win! I feel like he blasted gear all year again and he wouldn’t respond during prep and they couldn’t get his waist to tighten up …he had a tough time against Martin in ny pro and I don’t think they could even achieve that look or close for the olympia

Trying to find the best split after 7 years of lifting, to try and allocate enough volume and frequency to weaker body parts, still keeping my strengths, still doing movements i enjoy even if they are less than ideal, managing fatigue and taking enough rest days while hitting everything frequently enough, and not having to spend more than 90 min in the gym each session is nearly impossible 😂

I think cbum's 8 day split is close to optimal in terms of a bodypart split that makes room for deadlifts, but I am a shitty powerlifter so what would I know :). Day 1: Quads & Calves Day 2: Chest (and a little triceps) Day 3: Back (thickness) and some biceps Day 4: rest Day 5: Shoulders and some chest Day 6: Hamstrings and back (width) [this is where deadlifts would go] Day 7: arms Day 8: rest

Optimal for HIM, not anyone else. You don't factor his exercises, intensity, diet, time, sets, tempo, and most importantly recover. You just looked at the split and said it's optimal based on body parts alone. What's "optimal" is completely subjective. People on the bbing videos, especially the social media focused one, prefer to read someone else's answers instead of figuring out what works for themselves. It's like telling someone what the best burger in your city is, but you've never tried it, you just heard an influencer say it was.

The judging needs looking at, for a while the placings have been anything but on. Is it politics or something else I don't know, Andrew jacket looked great, so do you think these will be remembered in years to come like Dorian or jay Ronnie or the other countless supreme bodybuilding legends, I don't think so.

Hadis legs were down sized from last year not from the front but the side shot and most of all from the back. I don’t see Hadi coming back from this he is getting older and this will be the last time he finishes top 3. To many guys stepping it up.

Olympia title goes to Canada this year. Pretty awesome for Samson but real props to Martin for his first showing. Let’s hope for good fortune for next season. Sad for CBum retiring, but knowing health wise in this sport, it’s his choice
