this was the peak, the season when the entire friend group would play after school. by the start if shadow legacy no one else would play but me. now i dont speak to those friends anymore, life moves on and one thing that stays constant is that siege gets worse every season from steel wave to now

2nd best seige song, 1st is chimera. I started in Phantom Sight and man this is so nostaligic i was 10 when this came out and no im 15. Time Flies man.

It definitely was a bit late for me to start on this season, but I still have a ton of nostalgia for this. I had nothing play during the pandemic, so I decided I would finally give that one super hard FPS game a try. I had a blast learning it, made lots of friends including my best friend while playing this game. It was one of the best times for gaming in my entire life. After just 3 years, I now know what OG Siege players mean when they say the game has changed so much. The current game is almost unrecognizable compared to when I first played it.

one thing i miss is the atmosphere of the game. i started in grim sky, and god the used to feel so dark, especially with night maps, old pre-reworked maps (chalet, oregon, house, etc), old ui, old lighting. god i miss it

I used to watch my brother play in operation grim sky. But i never really got into the game until this season. I still miss this season and i wish i could go back in time just to witness playing this game as a beginner again
