Hi! Thank you for your routine! I need a piece of advice...when I stretch my legs I always feel like I an hurting my knees...when I complete the stretch session I always feel a strange sensation in the knees, what could be the problem?😢

Hi! Thank you for your comment! That strange sensation in your knees might be caused by tension in the gracilis or other muscles and tendons around the knees. It's important to avoid putting too much strain on them during stretching. Here are a few tips that might help: 1. Extra Support: Place a yoga block, cushion, or folded towel under your knees for additional support. This can help reduce pressure on the joint and surrounding muscles. 2. Modify the Stretch: Instead of going into a full middle split, you could try the *frog pose* (knees bent, feet pointing outward). This position can take some strain off the knees while still targeting the inner thighs and groin. 3. Engage Your Muscles: Make sure to engage your legs and keep a slight activation in your quads to protect the knees. Never let them 'collapse' or go completely passive in a stretch. 4. Listen to Your Body: If any movement causes pain or discomfort in the knees, ease out of it immediately and don't push too far. Always prioritize comfort and safety, especially when stretching areas that feel sensitive. Let me know if this helps or if you'd like more tips!

Ok- I got back into watching your videos and this one I will have to actually try some of those exercises out( leg lifts in school were the ones I never looked forward to doing) I better change my mind about them! Wow!

I will try… give me 6-12 months considering my age already… haha… I hope I don’t end up in the hospital trying some of these poses. But I think I can do at least some but not the elbow handstand scorpion pose- definitely feel pain just looking at that one… haha the others I will try certainly

Gotta ask… can you walk on your hands? ( back in junior high school- I seen a kid walk the full length of a basketball court on his hands- I would like to be able to do that- I think I am too old though. ( never too old right!?)

Yes I can! haha, I learned that at gymnastics it requires a lot of practice and balance but you're never too old to learn ;)
