I really enjoyed this video. It felt organic, authentic, and made me want to know more about your work. It’s great to see people becoming more positive and then sharing that with our world. We all cause ripple effects every day. Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could come to a place where the majority of those ripples were positive and healing.

Anxiety is an emotion :) but we don't often say anger or sadness controls us, do we? We feel the emotion and let it go. Do the same with anxiety. If the emotion is not resisted, and completely surrendered, it passes right through our awareness.

My brother in Christ; what the FUCK are you talking about? This is complete bullshit and ignores any science what so ever. I'm religious, yes, but I'm not delusional nor am I insane.

Yes. It takes a lot of energy, stress, and time to keep these emotions held down. When we release them we free ourselves.

Some thoughts do seem to pop into my head randomly. Like I'm a thought receiver: depending on my awareness, related thoughts fly through my head. And if I'm having a hard time focusing my awareness, then it seems that even unrelated thoughts fly through my head.

Great observations. You are the observing awareness of thoughts. Thoughts will come and go. "You" are not these thoughts, and "you" are not the one thinking these thoughts.

But we can manipulate our subconscious which is what directly effects which spontaneous thoughts come into mind.
@maddison.brusman2 жыл бұрын
This is true! We can do the inner work on our subconscious which will give us new/different thoughts, but see 👁 as the observer (who you really are) of your thoughts that you do not choose your thoughts.

That thought is not your thought 😉. The "I" you claim that had this thought is itself just another though. Your are the observing awareness, not the "thinker 🤔".

I so enjoyed your loving meditation helping me feel more grounded and connected to myself and the divine spirit. Your clear purpose to love deeply, create possibility, awaken and mindfully serve others with loving awareness, gratitude and a warm open heart is inspiring. You demonstrate vulnerability and profound wisdom helping people with conscious souls achieve a state of equanimity lived by love. I couldn't be more proud of you. Dad

Great topic. Asking the woman to be fully emotional is no small feat, especially in the modern era. Many women are shamed from being fully open. We need to open them back up in a trusting way.
