There's a billion ways to do it. Easiest probably would be spring bone addon. Vanilla solution likely is dumped track bone constraint or cloth sim.

You really have to make a tutorial about the way how you create your craracters, it will aswell increase your views and subscribers, in my opinion atleast. Anyways, amazing work as always! You just need to practice organic movements.
