I have been waiting for this since your previous video dealing particularly with the freight side of this wonderful layout == and well worth the wait it is. It shows a very creative use of space compared with the usual basic fiddle yard to Bodmin terminus layoiut, of which there must be many examples around. One of those indeed is my own layout in O gauge 31.5mm, being built as a six months a year project in France.. Many thanks for posting! Regards, Steve Rowley

I'm afraid the layout is still pretty bare, just track and baseboards in place. Turnout operation is still a problem, and I have been forced by DCC gremlins to revert to old-fashioned analogue switches to work them. I'll try and post something as soon as the layout looks interesting. I find what you've achieved amazing! Best, Steve@@raymondgreen4597

I love aerodromes, my dad was an aviator. GA is under threat in the UK, it could be so much more, we should still be building light aircraft 💔✌️💜 The last Bi-plane? Looked like he nearly ground-looped, a lot of rudder action going on to keep it straight too🤔😱😰 All's well that ends well though ✌️👍😊

Hi Ray, Charming, fantastic operation too. Thanks for sharing, are you using Red Arrow alongside DCC now🤔🤔 Can you tell me, do you use electromagnets with the Dinghams?🤔🤔 Thanks for sharing, most enjoyable 👍✌️💜😊

The layout was dismantled many years ago but rebuilt about 5 years ago and is still being expanded. This time it's all DCC with sound, something you can't do with the Red Arrow system. It was innovative in it's day but DCC offers so much more now and pickup problems are mostly eliminated by using stayalive capacitors.

IR control and on board batteries gives you the chance to rust the rail tops or paint aluminium paint on the more used ones. DCC can’t do that.
