It’s a method called ghost pressing, when they press the buttons to the rhythm to not lose the rhythm when there’s no notes

@@nya55155 pv is the playground or something like that """video""" that plays while you play. The 3D animation or 2D video. Even when you are on the selectiom screen you can watch the pvs. Have you tested changing modules? Because one of tje features is that the dance was already recordered and the videoclip happens at the very moment and each frame is rendered at the second while you play that's why you can customitaze the characters before playing.

Why does the arcade machine always have at least one button that doesn't light up. Literally every arcade video I see has a button or two that doesn't light up. Do they get that badly abused??

Well...if you do take a look at the 10 Star songs or even the 9-9.5 Star ones, then yeah its possible for the buttons to get damaged like that. Most charts in that difficulty save for Two Faced Lovers Extreme have lots of spams to make you mash as much as possible.
