As like nightclub photographers with all my heart I would like to say Sony A7(doesn’t matter) sucks a big big sausage with af in club. Flash assist and bla bla bla any size focus area, and whatever setting is suck 🤦‍♂️

I just started learning how to use mine, and I couldn't focus on my son's face when he was in chorus. It focused on everyone but him.

Test of death for A7 II: the Samyang 50mm 1.4 Mark II, shooting in video mode at f1.4 :D plane of focus is so very thin and the AF on that lens isn't always consistent, maybe you would never get focus with it on the 7 II :D
