Nope! The hail was more toward the east and north of Calgary, but even if it did get hail, the cedar shakes on the roof and the stone exterior would have been able to handle it

It is absolutely beautiful and ultimately the buyers were people who had lived in home similar to this in the UK and Europe and it was just what they were looking for.

Gorgeous home! Watermark is such a spectacularly beautiful community! A good friend and her family live in Watermark and I was just visiting! Everyone was so friendly! I find that with Calgary as a city overall to be honest! I am in Vancouver and I wish we were as welcoming! I am! Love your channel!

Thanks Christine! Calgary's friendliness was one of the reasons we moved to Calgary many years ago! Watermark really does have so much to offer and it's on Calgary's NW border so the amenities are right at your doorstep.

A pretty house, but it looks (from the arial images), as if was wedged in between the neighbouring homes. The confining proximity to those other structures makes this beatiful home a non-starter for my tastes.

It's all a matter of perspective - the lot sizes are typical for this area. Put that same home on an inner-city Calgary lot and the price would skyrocket and you would be even closer to your neighbours.

Agreed that it is more challenging for home-buyers with the limited inventory and increase in prices than it used to be, but there are options for detached homes that are priced far less than this home.
