@@BakeCookTravelthank you! I ended up using havarti,Parmesan and mozzarella. I also used Bob’s Red Mill tapioca flour. They’re in the oven and my mouth is watering! lol I’ve ordered the right flour from the Brazilian store near Toronto.

Health department has to check the rotten fruits and vegetables some of the venders are not farmers they bring left over product bad strawberries.cherries raspberries emptiing all boxes one by one throwing out the rotten and put back to sell but the pretzels the fritters etc are very.good .

Is a verry good place to go, I do for 35 years, for buying fruits ,vegetables,always fresh good quality, I love going there and verry good food too . Summer and fall is the best time,huge variety to choose from.

The market is expensive and most important they sell fruits and vegetable from food terminal if you are not pay attention.Some farmers are mixing up the fruits,putting the rotten or unriped one in the bottom of the basket. So I prefer to go to the store.

I fell in love with this "Flan Nature" they called it in Paris. I cannot find it in America anywhere and people look at me funny when I try to explain it. Now I have video. I found sort of this in St. Martin, in the Caribean, but not the same as Paris. Nowhere else. Why???
