Thank you for this valuable information. I have a question my friend. On our production we face the same problem but we already follow wrong way. We try to replace ASI safety master from another machine and when it does not work we bring it back, now this machine also not working :):( the ERROR, CHIP CARD AND SAFETY DATA DIFFERENT fault is on the display. Do you know how to fix it? Maybe all ASI safety master configurations must be deleted and transfer data from CHIPKARD TO MASTER again? What will be you suggestion in this case? thank you in advance for any information.

paano po ba chenecheck ung profibus cable kung cut o short. halimbawa naka loop ung mga profibus cable at naka connect sa 5 slave.

Hi Sir, I am trying to understand how to get full speed when all sensors are active. What I understood is when you start the motor you will get 10%, when first sensor is active alone will get same 20 (set for reference 1), when second sensor is active alone will get 30%(reference 2) and when last sensor is active alone will get 40% (reference 3). But I can't understand how you combine all sensors to get different speed ? Thank you Sir!

Now new I dea. Pano kapag napalitan na ng safety sensor. Add new slave din ba or store and run ulit...lage ko naeencounter to sa contifeed safety cover.

We have the same issue brother. We ecounter many times in contifeed machine. Power fail issue..I replace only Asi master. But i dont know the cause of power fail. Even new power supply the same alarm. So for fast remedy replacw new ASI master.
