I did this same thing. Ordered 148 boost wheels and a 135 QR hub to steel the end caps off. I figured I'll get a spare cassette and bearings out of it also. 100*9 QR front wheel also. Got 4 years out of the stock axum wheels. It was kind of a pita to figure out the 141 qr spacing. Your video was helpful. Thanks

Not maps setting put in directions like your going something there’s a little speaker right side gives you options either spoken turn directions /emergency only or none. Gotta choice none. These units don’t do multi input well.

Wait you said you use Waze so I’m not sure I use Apple Maps and you can shut off turn by turn spoken directions I’m sure Waze has a way to shut that off as well. Also I use KZbin for all my music had similar issue until I shut that off 😊

I got one of those Wake stems from aliexpress (maybe a knockoff?) and it got really loose the other day when I was riding some rough sidewalk. I might put some locktite on it, I think I put at least 200 miles on it with no issues before that though.

Interesting… ive experienced this once with the top cap. I didn’t tighten it all the way and there was still some play in the headset.

got the same problems with carplay in a Mitsubishi. i always thought it might be related to the phone, low battery mode, do not disturb, bedtime hours, silent mode hardware switch. it is super annoying bc it's hard to pinpoint why it works or doesn't

I noticed you can get the fork in quick release or through axel. Why did you go with the through axel instead of the quick release and not have to change the wheel?

@@bryceellington6195 you’re right…I would have just gone QR, but my wheels that I already had on hand have interchangeable caps to run TA or QR. and I prefer the stiffness/strength of a thru axle 😊

Just got the bike for my wife today and I have the Possiden X Ambition. My question is, for the Ozark, we really would like it to be a bit more quiet so if I wanted to get a clutch so the chain is not bouncing around everywhere what would I need to get to improve this?

@@redhourinfantry6117 I don’t know too much about cross compatibility with derailleurs. Easiest solution would be to grab a chain stay guard. They can usually be had for less than $20. Or you could wrap an old inner tube around the chainstay and that will help soften the noise a bit.

My limited research indicates that there are two rear derailleurs with a clutch that would work: the Microshift Acolyte and the Box Four. They are marketed as eight speed derailleurs but seven and eight are cross compatible.

the wheel that comes with the bike does not support a cassette, since its a free wheel. some folks have changed to a mega range freewheel. With that you are still limited to pretty hard gearing.

@@WilliamDavenport-v2p lots of people are having great success with those cable hydraulic hybrid brakes from Amazon. I can’t say if they’re good or not, since I’ve never tried em but lots of people in the group have had only good things to say. They’re “plug and play” and you won’t have to deal with routing new cables. I’d give those a look.
