I'm so disappointed in this washer. I haven't had it a year and I just had the failed control panel replaced last Monday. Now today, I'm having this issue with it not spinning. I will never buy GE again.

Really appreciate you posting this video. I felt pretty dumb, when you lifted the lid to yours. I saw the blue tape, and immediately knew what my problem was. Lmao

@@jacquelinemontoya9289 I just got mine fixed through the warranty it took a month. They had to replace the belt / pulley system . Apparently the machine is sensitive if the weight of the clothes aren’t equally distributed in weight . Causing the belt to be worn out and stretch / damaging the pulley as well. Personally plan on putting it up for sale soon and getting a new washer

How do you like your washer question I just got mine and I don’t like it I’m learning about it. I like water lots of water and it seems like it doesn’t produce a lot of water but I’m playing with this machine so is there any tips for me

Got rid of that washer and got a maytag. I like it better.

@Tim Carr Thanks for the reply Tim. Would you be kind enough to share what you didn’t like specifically about it, as I finally settled on one and got a great deal. Also, what model Maytag did you get and why is it preferable? Perhaps you want to do an update video 😉. Anyway, no pressure ☺️…my Ge is coming on Mon.

@@jewelofwisdom8279 it does seem to have the amount or water in it that we are use to. We felt it needed more water to wash properly. Also when the it was done spinning the oths were unbelievably wrinkled. It was really bad. The dry would not get the wrinkles out of the clothes it was so bad. We didnt want to iron everything that came out of the washer so we parted ways! Plus we wanted a washer with an agitator.
