These videos are great! If there is no taro near us from which to propagate, do you know where one can buy the plant on Hawai'i Island?

Where can I get culantro plant to buy? I live in Hawaii islands and can’t grow culantro, dills, from seeds successfully any suggestions? I also want to grow lemongrass but in pots, is that possible and how do you grow it to get big lemongrass steams? I wish you had also talk about best methods to grow the herbs in your video or did a video tutorial of how to grow herbs from seeds and seeds in pots with success.

Aloha! We enjoy your videos. Do you offer, or know of, any local workshops or lectures on tropical permaculture or KNF in the future? I’m in Hamakua and would like to someday attend in person (if Covid-19 ever settles down) rather than just online. Mahalo!

So you need to wait for he parent tree to fall over or fruit before you take the suckers?
@malamaainapermaculture99123 жыл бұрын
No. You can dig suckers at any time once the plant is established and has at least a couple suckers. Just be careful taking suckers around a stem that is fruiting as you can potentially destabilize it and it make more prone to falling over...
