Try not to spin around too much or do it slower. There’s a lot of movement. It feels dizzying to watch at times

Sure, mortgage payments would be less than rent for the same such dwelling, and will be consistant, but all the repairs, the utilities, the insurance, the maitinence, the other expenses may make it more. The other expenses are expected to rise in cost over time. Buying for the sake of cost consistancy argument may not be as great for that reason.

There are definite pros to renting vs owning. I do believe owning real estate, whether it’s an investment property or your own home, does make retiring much easier. But yeh I know people that buy investment properties and continue renting their primary residence
@christianchellis905726 күн бұрын
As a realtor you may be a believer in buying, However I believe in renting especially if single. There is just much less work for me to worry about.

It's a curb, not a sidewalk. Some people just like to complain about everything
@utbdougАй бұрын
Well, if it wasn't for the massive sidewalk on the other side of the road, I'd say you have a point. Not all kerbs are used as walkways. This is one of those instances.
@yungbmitchАй бұрын
I'm gonna guess the city doesn't consider that a sidewalk either, it's just a sort of large curb.

I love looking at other people's family photos in their living rooms. I feel like they are a happy family and the house is warm. If a house doesn't have family photos or common family items, I think the house will be cold and like they're not really a family.

Well my house over here in Colorado was 30,000 in 2016. It's a 2 bedroom with a huge back yard in a middle class neighborhood, so I think we got a great deal for our house.

They are not cheaper. They are equivalent to a car getting 35 mpg ($17 charge gets you 175 miles. Unleaded regular at $3.40 = 17.00 for 5 gallons. 175/5 = 35 mpg equivalent). Now, you can spend 40k on a Tesla to get that, or buy a used 15 yo Corolla for $3000 which will get 35 mpg. So stop with the fake news clickbait BS

i want to ask EV owners what is going to happen when you Change your Battery because Battery life expectency is around 10-15 years then you have to throw that battery out what will happen with that battery then? you can't reuse that am i right or wrong?

Not cheap in UK. Sure maintenance is so damn cheap. I did an insurance quote on a model 3. I'm 21 and have 1 accident. Been driving from age 17. The best quote I got was £5600 a year to insure. I got a cheaper price to insure a Ferrari. Not that I'd want a Ferrari. I was just curious. Example 2: C63 mercedes to insure for me right now would cost £4100.

The power grid isn't large enough. Resources aren't used to optimal efficiency, nor is the waste environmentally sound yet. We are still in the early years of this tech

They are not. Wait till tax time. Federal and state governments are implementing an new tax for evs for the roads they won't fix. So they can take more money, contract out more work so you pay tolls to foreign companies for roads state and federal money was supposed to repair. But you know. Do whatever you wanna do. Doesn't matter anyway.

Soooooo basically you agree with destroying the earth faster than saving it by buying a car produced with so much material in the battery that the increase in mining needed to make said battery tears apart the earth more each year? Got it.
