Sorry if it was already mentioned and I missed it, but I've had good luck using white balloons that you cut the stem off. Works better for some sizes than others but a whole bag is like a couple dollars at Walmart. Still prefer the silicone caps, but the balloons are nice while I wait for the silicone ones lol.

Just a real disclaimer and heads up, MyDollection is bad, DO NOT ORDER FROM MYDOLLECTION!! They apparently used to be good, but, I think they got overwhelmed with orders as this website has changed hands multiple times and they say a lot of things about why the orders are not fulfilled, however, we do not know the truth really, but they have still not sent the orders from years ago. I have bought from them, last year, just before all this came to light, and I still don't have my blank doll heads. Please, DO NOT BUY FROM MYDOLLECTION UNLESS YOU WISH TO GET SCAMMED! Your dolls will not arrive, very unlikely I will get my doll heads, so please, I don't want anyone else to get scammed and pay a good amount of money for no dolls to arrive. However tempting it is to buy from them, even if you cannot find that sculpt for sale anywhere else, do not buy from them, your order will not arrive, so you will lose your money. They are still always updating the website for the new releases to be sold on their website, despite all of this that is happening, it is a very bad situation and they are not being good to their customers, they obviously do not care if they still update their website for new dolls, despite saying that they got overwhelmed by the amount of orders they had due to the change overs that happened. My orders probably got lost in the mountain of orders not fulfilled, my dolls heads are either in their warehouse, or didn't even get an order placed when the artists were selling the doll heads. So please, again, I will say this so that people know where not to buy from, DO NOT BUY FROM MYDOLLECTION!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!! I would suggest, if you can, to get the link to MyDollection off the description, and a disclaimer about MyDollection in your description on this video. I know you didn't know this, I didn't until a while ago too. But, to keep their link to their website in the description will just scam more people out of money. I wouldn't want to see that happen, it is awful, I try not to worry about it, but it really does get to me that my orders may never arrive and MyDollection is not giving refunds. Even BJDivas gave me a refund 2 years after my Miracle Doll order never arrived. But MyDollection is not giving any refunds, not even less than a year old orders are getting refunds. The rest of the links and suggestions of where to buy dolls seems good, seems legit, I would very much suggest BJDivas as a good place to go for dolls, for their customer service, I mean, two years ago I ordered a doll, never arrived, forgot about it, and still got a refund when I remembered and checked my account. That shows how good BJDivas is. I have bought from Alice's Collections as well, they are good. If anything happens with my MyDollection orders, if I remember to, I will update here. But, for now, I doubt I will get them. My account on MyDollection says my orders are shipped, but I question that due to MyDollection's sketchy nature, and I have no tracking numbers for any of them, I never received an email saying my orders were shipped, so I don't know how long it has been like that. I question if my orders have even been shipped. I won't bother to try to contact MyDollection, most of the time they do not reply, and I have heard others getting the run around from them when asked about where their order is. So, it isn't worth the stress to me, to try to get an answer from them. Let's hope they do arrive...

LOL with the LUTS chickens. I am so excited, I bought myself a Telesthesia Doll Yun Minglin (who is 75cm), a few days ago. It is the first doll I have bought since I moved house, so this will be really nice, I didn't buy any dolls due to trying to sell the old house and move, so it has been kinda a long time. It will be a long wait, about 6 months, maybe a bit more, but I am so excited as he will be my first 75cm doll I can actually dress up in whatever clothes I wish. I do have another 75cm doll, a hybrid, a Modoll Solas on a Ringdoll RGMbody-5. But, due to Solas being a character from a video game (Dragon Age Inquisition), I can't really dress him in whatever I want, it has to be something I feel he would actually wear, like in character. So, it will be really nice to have a 75cm doll I can dress however I want, whenever I want. He will be my second 75cm BJD. I am really excited. Yun Minglin's nose is so amazing, he has like, an arch in his nose, it looks so amazing, I saw a box opening on Instagram for him and I was floored at how amazing he looks with a faceup, so I got him with a faceup too. Let's hope the faceup of my doll looks just as good as the one in the Instagram video. I know Telesthesia Doll sometimes is hit or miss with their faceups. A lot of times they do not look like the promo pics, and sometimes look worse than the promo pics, but that is just an observation from me. So, let's hope he looks amazing!! So excited!!

Omg! I'm so late to this, but i have my notifications turned off, so i didn't see this until today. I've also recently gone to the hospital due to complications, and that left me drained up for a few days, so i finally have my energy back and i was able to see this video. It makes me happy you went through the trouble of recommending and guiding us through this hobby. I do have a bjd doll but it's not one that i like because of the fact it has flat eyes and i perferred the round ones. But anyway, I'll have to look into the sites and buy from a safe website. I want a doll even if it doesn't come with any items but just the makeup. I was thinking of trying Etsy because it's a place i trust more than websites i don't know. But every time I'm about to look into it, the shops disappear or theres not much recommendations. So yes, im still struggling to find one and I'm watching this video to help me shop for one.
