I can't figure iut if this song is saying that one wants to hide their gifts from the world. or doesn't want to be overly analyzed for their work. As well as finding someone that understands yiu enough to have a life together to waste their time with me..deep, and beaitful

Man I love Europe 72’ so much, It’s just sad seeing pig on stage knowing how little time he had left with the band and his life. Alligator and Love Light were always highlights for me in the primal dead sets of 67-69, pigs little quips and raps on stage just bring a new energy and life to the band. The band didn’t lose much technically or musically when he departed but a part of their soul was surely permanently fractured. As Jerry himself said at pigpens funeral “That’s not pig lying there. That’s the grateful dead!”

He’s Gone, and he’s the Love of my Life.. I’ve had a lot of Loves and many Lives.. I may never tell him his smile is made of the sun’s rays and his pheromones are my personal ambrosia.. NOone can replace him, as he was my personal gift from God. Such Gratitude. BB(NLH)CH2MB whenever you want. ❤

The vocal harmonies on the 'Skull' album are just right; they're not 100% here. The Dead was best when slightly intoxicated; I mean the audience.

We saw a phew phish play this exact same song in somewhat of a similar phashion last night at thee Greek. Profound how powerful a band and some phans can emanate such a loving sanctuary. It did take time to arrive in this space, and very grateful we did. Membranes always changing and staying together. I've deeply dug into the research, and have concluded there's nothing like a Phish show. See ya' there!
