For the side lying thigh squeeze. Would you do it again on the other side? Or is one side good enough since you’re squeezing with both legs?
@deniseposnak2 ай бұрын

I squeeze that circle to maximum for each of these and don't feel anything after reps of 20. Any way to make this harder for someone used to heavy weights?

So... the truth is you have to learn how to work deeply and use the right muscles in order to feel the work... especially if you have a circle that isn't that strong in resistance and/or if you have super strong legs! I know you've gone back to the gym (I see your comment below), but if you want to reach out and sign up for a short consultation we can talk about this!! www.mybodwellness.com/book-a-consultation

Are these safe if you have a lower back problem? Hoping to get an answer. 🙂
@Mybodwellness4 жыл бұрын
Hi! You should alway consult with a medical professional before performing any exercise, but generally, if you keep your feet on the ground (don't lift your feet) or do the side version your back should be supported as long as you are engaging your core. If you have more questions you can sign up for a free consultation at www.mybodwellness.com!

Does it work to remove fat from the inner tights? Or it's just to make the tight's muscles stronger?
@Mybodwellness4 жыл бұрын
You can't remove fat from specific exercises but you can tone your inner thighs and it will tighten up your inner thighs. Fat burn comes from exercise + diet so it's a combo!

So simple but so effective for the inner thighs. To really see the effects of this more quickly, would you recommend doing say, five times a week? I do barre and hit seven times a week. I just know this is a very hard area to target. Thank you! Whitney 🙂
@Mybodwellness4 жыл бұрын
Hey Whitney - Jospeh Pilates believed in doing minimal repetitions but moving 'perfectly' in lots of different ways. In other words, do each rep with all of your effort and you will see results quicker. Doing them daily will help too!

This is a nice video to watch. But let's discuss the real challenges of owning and operating our Pilates studios in this era when the independently owned, stand alone, boutique, Pilates studio system that existed for so many years and inspired each of us to take our leap of faith. It is now under threat. The boutique "franchise" with its giant advertising and social media megaphone is drowning us out. Pure Barre, Solid Core, Orange Theory, Club Pilates etc etc etc. They essentially stole our model, pulled of a MCdonaldization of our industry. While Groupon and ClassPass seek to exploit our labor . They pretty much own the millennial dollar going forward. And the PMA has stood by helplessly and impotent during all of this. No significant push for Pilates inclusion in Health insurance plans. No significant push for sate licensing to preserve the brain trust of the increasingly extinct "Master Instructor " and weed out the franchise and gym teacher with minimal training. No significant push for public school and College physical education to

Why no more than 10?
@Mybodwellness6 жыл бұрын
Hey Belinda - In general, in Pilates, we do small amounts of repetitions and many different exercises. So, for example, you might do 10 of these with your feet on the floor, then 10 with legs up, then something else.

High quality video! I think you have potential to be a HUGE KZbinr and make so much money that this becomes your permanent job! It's just We noticed that your channel isn't growing very fast, which is holding you back! I actually had the same exact problem on my main channel until my friend hooked me up with his promotion service on Fiverr. He wanted to test his promotion strategies on my videos and SURPRISE my main channel practically exploded after that. The dude advertised my video in front of millions of people and now I have thousands of views, subscribers, and comments because she brought the right traffic i needed for my particular channel and content. My spouse and i want you to grow and get the views that you deserve, so I'd suggest you look into a promotion service like his. The link to his service is in the bottom right corner of my channel banner. Please keep working on your channel! Success is right around the corner!!
