I still think they're not scary enough, even with that mod. They need more units, better cars at heat 5, and maybe some more specialists (i dont know if the map would support a heli, but some rhinos, interceptors and undercover units would be nice

Back in the day, hitting a tree would end up stopping you on the spot or worse, now a pagani huayra knocks down trees without losing any speed. NFS quality really degraded over the years.
