I hate it

When I first discovered FNF I played og, started n Hard. It seemed too easy, I then beat tricky and whitty. Still wasn't hard enough. Stuck on Shaggy, but later learned ALL the key maps from 1 to 10. When voiid chronicles came out I was already omnipotent, so I beat it rather easely.

Almost all of your "tips" here boil down to pretty much one simple answer; Play StepMania. Seriously. If you wanna get good at FNF or rhythm games in general, just go play StepMania. The game is basically an open-source freeware DDR. It is where another game named In The Groove was built on. - There are a lot of community-made charts that are beginner-friendly and are also difficult, so skill progression is very customizable as it lets you play a lot of maps with varying difficulties in any order. - "Danger Notes" are a feature in StepMania, called Mines. If you hit them, they explode and take a significant amount of HP. - Lets you customize keybinds, of course. - Lets you customize your scroll speed, whether it be Multiplicative (X-Mod) or Constant (C-Mod), which is a feature that both Kade and Psych borrowed from. Constant Speed ignores all scroll speed changes within the Stepfile/Chart. - Has wide variety of built-in noteskins available. Custom ones are supported too, and there are a lot of them made by the StepMania and In The Groove community. - While note color customization isn't in StepMania, it makes up to it by having note color QUANTIZATION. It may look like randomized colors, but it actually shows colors that indicate if a pattern is sequenced by 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, and so on. It really helps with sightreading especially when there are a lot of notes and in a seemingly complicated pattern. It is a feature that Forever Engine and Hit Single mod borrowed. Also, one crucial tip you failed to mention is adjusting audio, visual, and input offsets. Adjusting offsets is a common feature in every rhythm game that ever exists, as audio desync, visual desync, and input latency are common issues that vary from device to device, so the rhythm will actually guide you through your playthrough, as the audio and visual both sync and your keyboard inputs become responsive. Psych's offset systems are basically merged into one simple offset system. It is literally located within the Options menu. I hope this comment helps!
