Curious as to your experience after this video? Any update? I work with metabolic carts for a living (Cosmed, Cardio Ultima CPX and have used PNOE and KORR) and just am so skeptical of this price point. Would love to see what else you've done with it or if you've compared it to other devices (yes I've already read the study comparing it to others). Thanks!
@AngusLogan6 күн бұрын
I would love to compare to a more expensive cart. Some things I’ve done are some low intensity. And it seems that I switch over to 100% carb a lot sooner than I would have thought. I would like to test this on something else. I’m 100% carb by 120w and 80-90w seems 60% fat. But a walk will be high fat burn. For RMR it seems very accurate. I can take it of me and give it to one of my sons. Who’s 17 and his rate is higher than mine, which makes sense. then give it to my youngest son whose rate is a lot lower. And it’s getting this purely from the device it doesn’t know I’ve switch user. I’ve been on a cut for the last 3 weeks and my RMR is dropping, which is interesting. Then I had a refeed and my RMR is back up. I’ll be making some follow up videos.

I'm trying to make a perfect breve latte with Laird unsweetened heavy cream. So far, I am having some luck, but it's difficult. I would try Laird liquid heavy cream man. It tastes good and has nutritional components. Avoid the formula ones, because those have maltodextrin. I'll check out Exhale.

I'm trying to get one of these to the US and I think you are the only person to put review videos here on YT - THANKS! Main reason I want one is after messing up my SC joint from poor bench pressing form and hoping working this in will give a great stretch and help avoid further injury. I do like the postural correction point you made as well, that makes sense.

@@AngusLogan I already watched that one too! Helped me decide to pull the trigger. Yeah, I have to go through a US distributor for Primal here in the states and that is taking quite a long time which is frustrating. I see you've reviewed some ATX equipment also - I got to see some of their equipment at Home Gym Con in April and they are coming to the US at some point. Everyone at the event was extremely impressed with their equipment and attention to detail. I brought home four pairs of their Delta Dumbbells which the wife and I love, and we hope to get more of those when they come back for their second HCG in June.

Thanks for review. I have the SSB2 from mirafit. At first I had a bit of buyers remorse when I realised I found SSB squats much harder than normal squats as a bit more unstable but then I discovered Hatfields. Like you I have dodgy ankles and Hatfields feel so much better and can lift so much more than normal squats. I have the M200 squat rack and use the dip bars attachments facing away to hold onto. Having watched your video I just realised I can use these as a step as well. Thanks.

Found your channel through your Motus Strength review. I have really wide feet too, so your reviews are really helpful. You were raving about the Motus Strength in your review, so I'm surprised to see it's not included here. Or is it because the Motus Strength is not a "slip on"? I bought a pair instead of the other Vivo models because the upper on the Motus Strength seems more durable. Seen so many reports online where the mesh upper on the other models will have holes on them after a few months.

The Motus strength isn’t a slip on as you have to tie the laces. But a brilliant shoe.

Thank you for a great review. How do you like the leg attachment together with this bench? In particular when you have lots of weight on. Because the seat slides back, so you can't do leg extensions with back support. The normal benches allow you to do this.
@AngusLogan2 ай бұрын
I’m finding I don’t need back support when going heavy. So this bench is fine. If the other bench was in stock I would have ordered it over this one. But I’m very happy with this one.

Why’d you prefer the other one? 660 I believe it is.

I have all the shoes you showed and the Motus Strength. Unfortunately the Primus Knit I had to return the stitching on the inside kept digging into my back heels on both feet. I ended up returning them. My favourite shoe so far is the Motus Strength although it does fit one size smaller than the Motus Flex.

Good reviews as usual. How wide is your foot? I’ve tried the tanga but found it tight and not enough volume. I’m just over 11cm wide but can only get that in sizes that are too long for me 😭
@AngusLogan3 ай бұрын
Thanks, 🙏 My foot is is also 11cm wide. The tanga for me in 41 are probably the best fitting shoe.
@CraigWrightStraygoat3 ай бұрын
@@AngusLogan I recently tried Freet Vibe and the width was ok but there was just not enough volume in the shoe, though it was better with the insole out. Looking back, I think that was my issue with the Tanga too. Looks like I have a wide, high arch, high volume foot. The Freet pace in a 10 is almost perfect for me, but just that bit too long (fine for walking, wouldn't want to train in it). I've just ordered some Lonowear ones to try. Have seen a few reviews of them and people seem to like them. Worth a shot at £65.
