Making your car "feel modern" is exactly what you DON'T want to do, that aftermarket garbage "infotainment" will become a parasitic draw within 3 years or just stop working altogether. If you need a backup camera to not hit something you are a moron. The whole point of buying a pre-2008 vehicle is so that you don't have to deal with modern garbage breaking. Complexity always leads to more failure points.

I have a suggestion. I had a 2004 GT I had bought in that same year. I did a lot of customizing with the interior, and I had the Ford dealership install the 2001 Bullitt Mustang instrument cluster. You should consider doing that with yours. Looks a whole lot better, and makes your Mustang unique and personal.

I did a set of used Mach 1 front calipers and new rotors in the front of my New Edge. I think it made a good difference and looks much better behind the SVEs. I also did the Taurus rear calipers.

Did you have to upgrade to aftermarket ball joints or outer tie rods to correct the steering after the lowering spring upgrade or does the factory front suspension parts do fine?

Interesting, I appreciate the effort you put into the vehicle. My father and I are taking a 2004 v6 automatic Mustang and swapping it for a 2004 v8 manual. We want to lower, repaint, put side pipes, and put a new set of rims on it. When we are done, the idea is for it to be almost as if we just bought it back in 2004. We are having the engine rebuilt, the seats reupholstered, and new carpet put in.

Absolutely love the car man I have 2 of my own. Manual swapped my 03’ a few months ago. I have plans to build the motor in my 04’ and throw a tork tech kit on it in the near future. Both cars have been awesome.

It grows on you, don’t see alot around and you notice a clean one. The cobra really gave it a solid engine.
