This is the second video I have stumbled on in 24hrs with a similar message and it’s making me emotional but I feel it’s a message from God for me. Am 55 in diaspora with no house anywhere and no savings. I have asked many people in the past to let me know if someone is selling land but none came back to me and I didn’t follow it up. And time flies and am now in this situation where am starting to panic.

Hey i saw your comment on dough dash video. Please dont listen to her "demonitized" video she just doing these types of clickbait videos for attention because her views are down. She was doing these "got demonitized" titles just in October last year to get views making people believe she got demonitized when in fact she wasnt. Unfortunately she's not genuine person she was exposed last year for scamming people. Beware

This is a great subject, the issue when approaching retirement is, your plans is not anyone else's plan, you have to convince the wife, kids, grandkids, added to this how do you divide or liquidate shared assets, it gets extremally complicated. I'm living this nightmare.

Oh yes I am very happy to be in Africa and I wouldn't swop with anything. I believe I am on the right track to prepare for my retirement. It might be slow but I will get there. Africa is the best place to retire. Thank you very much for your support.

I always remember the saying make hay while the sun shines. Infact the fact that I am worrying about age is the reason why I have a house almost finished today. When I turned 40 yrs of age I was still living in South Africa. I started to worry about my old age and decided to leave and come back to Malawi. 14 yrs later I have achieved more than I achieved living 15 yrs in South Africa. Most of my friends I left in South Africa are now of my age and still don't have a house they can call their own. Soon they will retire, God knows how they will survive. Because I worried about my future, I made a decision to come home and start making hay.

It’s hard to find what banks in Africa will let the diaspora open bank accounts in Africa that doesn’t have citizenship to a African country.

I dont know. I just reach out to my ancestors for strength and guidance. Just like you I have many things on my plate I would like to complete. You must stay up on your doctor visits. Think preventive medicine. I am going to africa.... not sure where but I want to still stay active with my own business to keep busy

Can electric cars or motorcycles not have any options to install an Alternator? So that when using it - it should be able to charge the battery automatically????

The electric vehicles can be made to charge batteries when brakes are applied, but it is not possible to use the same battery power to run the vehicle and run the generator too.
