I never saw Midnight Oil live, I’m a big fan since I’m a kid. I’m 45 yo. Since KZbin I can see all the gigs I missed, and this is why I love KZbin. I’m an Asperger autist, and hate people all around me, so I’m really happy with all these contents I can find. I always preferred watching bands live on TV. A BIG THANKS for the share. Thumbs up from France 🇫🇷 !

They split in '02. Played the one-off Wave Aid in '05. Then four years late, after just two warm-up gigs, they come back and headline a MASSIVE concert, sounding like this. Hands down, they're the world's tightest ever band. No one else comes close.

Absolutely agree. If they were from either the US or the UK they would have been the biggest band on the planet.

Power and the Passion is not a song, it's their goddamn business card. I've seen this a thousand times and I still can't get over how much ass these guys kick.

Great set! So much to chose from. These guys could easily do a three hour set and still leave out a lot of great music.

I saw them at the Whiskey in LA back in the 80's or 90's and Garret came out with a turban on his head and and had someone hold one end as he spread his arms and twirled across the stage until the whole thing was gone. . . I am not sure why that stuck with me, but great visual. This music is timeless, so glad they came along. They were in HEAVY rotation in my late teens and early 20's.
