Assorted sashimi, takoyaki and doteyaki.And fried chicken.This restaurant is very popular as it only serves popular Japanese food.Also, Suntory's premium malts draft beer is at an incredibly low price.This is the best store.🤗🎉💐

@@streetfoodjapan2861 I have a question. Do you like hearty stews? I mean, I know that most Japanese love stews and it is winter, so... I could offer you a traditional Bulgarian bean stew recipe. This is my grandmother's recipe, which you can easily cook at home, and pick the meat of your liking.

Japanese people like stew.I'd like to try Western-style Bulgarian stew, but I don't have many opportunities to eat it.In Japan, we have the best stew of miso soup, so it's all about that.😅🍲🥘
Thank God I just made a Japanese potato salad with a Bulgarian twist or I would be so hungry watching you eat :D

I'm sure the Bulgarian-style potato salad is also delicious The types of vegetables and meat are different from Japan, and it's luxurious.🤩🥩🥦

@@streetfoodjapan2861 Japanese potato salad needs fresh cucumber, but it is winter here and they are expensive. Instead, I used traditional Bulgarian pickles, added peas and corn for sweetness. To boost the taste, I sprinkled super hot Bulgarian red pepper :D The fried ham adds lots of umami and I also sauteed eggplant and added it to the salad. It is the little things that we keep adding that make our recipes crazy delicious.

Adding fried ham will give it a great taste.It smells great and will whet your appetite.I also love well-aged ham and roast beef.🤗🍖🥙
The sushi certainly looked yummy! You also enjoyed some sake, which is also a great treat :D

If you can, look for a Bulgarian shop. Since you are living in Japan, there has to be at least a few. Order "Shkembe Chorba". This is our version of this hormonyaki soup :D

@@streetfoodjapan2861 I am fairly sure the is one restaurant accredited by the Bulgarian embassy in Tokyo. I just hope you don't walk into a fake place. Let me do a google search for you.

@@streetfoodjapan2861 The sad reality is that you only have one single Bulgarian restaurant in the entirety of Japan :( Located in Tokyo, Ginza, called Bulgarian Dining Troyan.

@@streetfoodjapan2861 It is perplexing to say the least. Bulgaria and Japan have so much in common and so much to share, yet there aren't many shops and restaurants open. As you said my friend, it is a damn shame.

@@streetfoodjapan2861 This sounds great! Shopping districts and winding little streets are the beating heart of any old city.
What was in that Suntory drink? Is it a whiskey lemon cocktail or with Shōchū? I thought I heard you say Shōchū, but I am not sure.
@streetfoodjapan2861Ай бұрын
This drink is shochu.Shochu contains twice as much lemon juice.It also has a very high alcohol content of 9%.This makes it a very stimulating drink.As a result, it has now become the most popular drink.🤗🍹🥂
