I apologize for how this situation has unfolded, and I understand your frustration. My intention was never to create conflict or call anyone out. I simply wanted to address the issue of my thumbnail being used without permission for your Akedo unboxing video. I believe this could have been resolved more easily if we had communicated directly from the start. I want to make it clear that I don’t support any form of harassment or bullying, and I regret if my response led to that. I’d prefer to keep things respectful and work towards resolving this in a way that’s fair to both of us. If you’re open to it, I’d like to have a constructive conversation to sort things out and move forward in a positive direction. ❤

@@TheAkedoFan we changed it when it was brought to our attention what the issue actually was. We thought it was a stock image being used, and resused it unaware it was more original than stock. So we apologize for not being more aware it was owned image rather than a community stock image that moose toys puts out.

What you’re doing with the thumbnail isn’t right. All you did was barely modify an existing one and that isn’t enough to differentiate it. A channel called the Akedo fan actively called you out and right thing to do is change the thumbnail. No hate, as fellow toy collector I can see you enjoy what you’re doing and I respect that.

@@harrisblastaar5081 was unaware beyond person below that repurposes all their videos said anything. Rather have people happy and enjoying toys. Thought was official images from moose toys that were fair use. Apparently was wrong, not sure why original user wouldnt message us and says hey think its that same, but would rather not get bullied, and have fun and make folks happy.
