hey zach, just wanted to say thanks for your content, love the new daily video schedule! i ve been watching all your channel videos and have implemented a lot (not all yet) and my Klaviyo attributed revenue is already 65% (on 10k revenue September), up from <25% beforehand. More Account audits (where you can see real numbers), exotic flows to try out or some creative campaigns would be my ideas for future videos maybe. Also maybe a video on benchmarks, i.e. revenue per recipient or flow etc, probably interesting for brand owners that dont have access to 100 Klaviyo accounts and see what others are doing

Appreciate that! The advice in the video will still apply if you’re aiming to avoid the promotions folder. However, there’s one thing in particular that I’d recommend adding in your welcome series. hey i've seen multiple creators suggest to use images in the emails. I'm wondering if this is how all major brands are doing it too? do we get high deliverability and not delivered in Junk/promotions folder using this strategy? honestly curious. Thanks for the detailed info.

Great question! Yes - all the biggest brands send image-based emails If you follow all the steps that I mention at the end of the video, you should have no issue getting 40%+ open rates sending to engaged segments If you miss some of the steps and/or don't segment properly - you could definitely go to spam

I hear you for sure. When we onboard a client we usually download 20-30 emails from top competitors so we have a huge swipe file Instead of trying to create things from scratch, we try to imitate elements that we like from all the different brands that we have in the swipe file. It definitely takes a lot of practice and consistency!

Hi, I do have a question for the abandoned cart flow, for the section when it shows the product left in your cart. How can i make this section stay white? because on mobile it will be black and on desktop it will be white. Is there a way to stay the same color for it to not ruin my design. Also for the color of the link text I made it gold but on mobile it appear like a horrible green. ty

Unfortunately, there's not a good way to make these sections stay white. Instead, I'd recommend just doing your best to make it look nice. Or, you can take out all the image slices so it's all black in dark mode. We always use blue link text, since most people are used to that color. Dark mode automatically reverses the colors... so I'd steer clear of the gold links if they look bad in dark mode.
