Overall... this was pretty brilliant. I hate to admit it but I've never considered the City Patron Goddess pantheon but this would be great for building a strong foundation!

When you settled your first city on the spice you removed the forest and therefore lost one production on that tile. I think the optimal settlement location was across the river, it takes one more turn to get there but gives you a 2-2 as a base and you can then work the 3-2 spice. Also the luxury bonus you get is not worth losing the possibility of creating a plantation on that tile which would give you extra gold.

It’s fun but it needs a lot of optimization and balancing. Wait a few months before you buy

Although I love Civ VI I'm digging ARA better because it's fresh and it's actually just like Civ VI but just with more of everything (almost). Civ VII looks like it's going to be less of everything though

For me, an absolute must have for England is the Venetian Arsenal. If you can get that, England's navy basically becomes unstoppable.

Against real players or king difficulty or lower, rush scouts, pick settlers off other empires, take bad city states and focus on leaving your 5 or so recons. They alone can wipe out civs up to turn 150 on standard. You can go any victory once your continent is fully yours

Not sure if you can add in a Religion and Work Ethic inside of your 6 second video but it's a lot of production.

How do you make sure it stays loyal ? There is no video or help about that anywhere? When you capture a city it just flips back to neutral right away.
