And may I add.. it's amazing around '69-'70 how the fuel altereds turned into funny cars- imagine a late sixties AA/FA with the engine now lower, longer wheelbase, extra hoop on the roll cage, and voila! You have the current funny car chassis. Perhaps no front suspension any more, but something that has remained unchanged for over half a century.
