I HAD A 125 cc in my 50cc,19HP just a regular DT2 125cc top sped 140kph w 19 35(11 48 is nornal) My buddy had a tuned up RD 125cc to a 170cc w 44hp and top speed at over 180-200kph when we was young..

Probably because we dont make a big fuzz out of unimportant shit. He is riding a tuned 50cc, which most likely means he is a kid. The police knows that its better for all if they just tell him what he should do, and what he shouldnt. Makes his encounter with the police a more positive one. Next time, he will not see the police as a threat to him. This should not be that hard to understand. Few days after my 18th birthday, the first day riding my Suzuki GS750 legally, I was stopped by a motorcycle cop for speeding. He asked how fast I was going.. ehm.. like 80 km/h? "You have to add some", he said. "I was right behind you". I knew I had done about max through a tunnel just to hear the sound. He looked at my license, and said "I know that it is tempting to just twist the throttle. I ride a bike myself. Control yourself, and you get to keep this a little longer". Then he handed me back my license, got back on his bike and drove away.

Where I live in Denmark the police has a twitter account, and they posted a picture of a car with the roof removed. The owner had tried to make a convertible (or maybe just a car without roof) and they basically said: Mr so and so nd his friends had a brilliant idea to combat the heat wave we're experiencing. They spent hours getting rid of the roof and make modifications to the car to make a sweet ass ride! Unfortunately it's against the law as the integrity of the car has completely deteriorated by the lack of roof, so we had to take the plates and issue a fine.
