Good suggestions, but preachers need to do more research on people's experiences in wide ranges. Some workplaces are just toxic and they employ liars, cheaters and stealers. They dont care about solutions or competent work. It is unbelievable but a hard truth. Even Charles Stanley has stories of being in a toxic church environment where he got hit in the face. Who could be more competent than Charles Stanley? The world ways will never match the kingdom ways, yet if we sort of find it here, then it is good.

Toxic workplaces care zero about any of this. People saling their souls for a promotion, money, recognition I've seen so many talented, competent people treated poorly versus liars and cheats promoted that it is sickening. In a systemic oppessive school system, they do not want problems solved. This hasnt been my experience in several fields of work.
