A question. I'm not a mechanic, should the magnets be so strong? If in a situation that want/need to attach the holder to the car itself while working on it, when detaching isn't the strength of that magnets likely increase the chance to damage the car's paint? Best of luck with the product!

Thank you for your feedback. So, the product has not be designed to be attached to the car itself and to be honest, I never considered that. It's not a horrible idea but generally not the best practice as even weak magnets will attract debris and that alone could scratch the car's finish. This product is designed to attached to lift arts, lift posts, carts / tool boxes etc.

How do you deal with parts that are backlit, such that the graphic on the button is backlit by an LED? These parts wouldn't have a printed graphic laser printed on them, they would have the graphic masked out on the button so that the clear or white plastic underneath would allow the backlighting through. Do you have a process to restore backlit buttons?

It’s actually a great expense coating (soft touch) and they didn’t originally know that years later it would fail.
