It's a very insightful video. I am Salesforce developer of having 3 years of experience, and now I want to switch my career with Business analyst/consultant. First of all I want to know that my decision are right? and is it required to have business analyst certification to start with BA/ Consultant or my 3 YOE as a developer sufficient. Please let me know your opinion and guidance regarding that. Thanks🙏

Thank you so much for asking, first of all. Business analyst certification varies greatly from one organization to another, to be honest. As far as making a decision is concerned, you’ll need to be determined and think in terms of the long run. And if you have a strong grasp of basic concepts, configuration, and customization, then go for it.

I loved the way you listenend to answers and came up with follow up questions from the previous answer. That connectivity between her answers and your questions was great. I don't know if it was scripted but I liked the way you interviewed.
