I’ve also used the Ore Ida “Potatoes O’Brien” for this recipe (has chopped bell peppers and onions) I also add some chopped green onions. I don’t use the soup though.

I’ve done this before! A trip would be instead of trying to just pull or dump it off, after you let the cookies cool twist it and then it’s should hopefully come off!

That’s because you’re not planning ahead. Everytime you cook cook double and portion it out right then. You will always have a few meals ahead in fridge and freezer for emergencies

An entire block seems wild! And the spinach shouldn't be optional, force everyone to eat dark leafy greens. I prepared something similar last night all the kids ate the spinach and picked out the tomatoes and called the tomatoes "gross vegetables". There will never be an easy dinner ha ha

I put my tomatoes in the blender and puree or buy crushed tomatoes. My kids don't like tomato chunks.

@ so smart!! I’ve blended up spinach before too when making any sort of green sauces and my kids didn’t notice a difference.

That looks amazing. You should also look into a Ninja Foodi Processor. It's a crockpot but you can sear food in it too. Saves the extra pot usage.
