That is Berlin, you do have a Spree river and the Spandauer (canal) perpendicular to the main government buildings! the architecture that you see in the video is of course not built, hence the "virtual reality" video and not a real one!

I don't understand why you gave this name.... That is not in Berlin and we don't have here Spree Canal or things like this.
