We signed a contract with a local travel agency in Xinjiang. In fact, this is more guaranteed than directly looking for a driver to charter a car and book a hotel. Of course, this travel agency is the largest and most reliable local one, and the resources of their affiliated and own fleets are more reliable. Dealing directly with local drivers, unless you really have experience. This travel agency can be found on their WeChat official account online, and there is also a contact window. I suggest comparing prices through the travel agency, making itineraries, chartering cars and booking hotels, which will be better. The name of the travel agency is:新疆生產建設兵團中國青年旅行社烏魯木齊南站分公司

帶進新疆是自由的，有些景區是可以飛，但要在派出所登記，也蠻方便。但規定不能飛的禁飛區，就不飛。

I know bc i frequent this airport during the summer and christmas that dunkin donuts last time i was their wasn’t around anymore in Terminal E in the pickup area of the airport !

Where did you start or how do I get to the skybridge? I am flying in Jetblue Terminal C and will be a late flight so want to make sure I know exactly where I am going.

Can I bring the luggage cart from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, you can. According to my experience back in 2018, we left the luggage cart at the end of bridge to our hotel.
