Heard this last night. Incredible, hit me in all the feels. He’s so real and raw. So close to leaving this earth…glad he’s here to use the platform to spread these messages. People admire guys like David. If he changes even one life that’s huge. ❤

When all the hands (including mine) went up around me at Jiffy Lube Live that night I had chills. I know depression and addiction hits a lot of people. Seeing all those hands in the air and then David saying "as you can see my friends, you are not alone" just hit me in the emotions.

I was at the show...upstairs. Love Jinjer. This is one of the best bands out. One of their great talents is that they sound as good Live as they do on CD. I've been to plenty of other bands where there's a clear, marked difference in the polish from released material and live material. Jinjer is one of those really good ones where the sound is so good, there's no distinguishable drop off. This was a very fun show. The opening bands were good - both Space of Variations and Vended...I would listen to again. Might not put it on...but I wouldn't turn it off if I heard them. POD I actually would put on myself. Jinjer...that was awesome. Good post.

I was unfamiliar with the openers but I really dug them. It was kind of ironic that the sound board took a dump exactly when it did on Space of Variations... "Were here to fuck this place!" ... then... boom.... guess they did! lol

That was a fairly narrow strip of stage. They made good use of it though.

@@Rikkcas Said narrow not small, seen plenty of small ones been on a few. Like I said they made good use of what they had.

@@Rikkcas like many here, I'm a rabid old fan, also with stage experience from tiny to large. The OP said The Warning made good use of a relatively small stage space - if you look at some of their other videos (e.g., Monterrey), they also make use of big stages. They're able to scale themselves to suit the situation which is a sign of experience. Who knows - maybe The Warning has played tiny stages that we haven't seen. As for jumping all over, that's called stage presence and projection. Among singer/guitar players, Rick Emmett was a master of the art. Dany, the front person of the band, is obviously moving into that category. Calling out the OP based on some assumption about his experience and calling another poster a fool just make you look bad.

@@rexwave4624 I get it. Been on all size stages too. And yah, I could have said it better. But it’s just an opinion though, and we all are entitled to have one. I’m 73 now. Pretty much have seen all kinds of music since the 60s. My tastes in music are different than a lot of the new stuff being pushed these days. And that should be ok, unless we all have to think and be in lock step to everything, or else you’re considered wrong in some way. Good act, but nothing game changing that hasn’t been done before many times. The daily 20+ videos being force fed by YT can be a bit of an overload, especially if someone isn’t into them. But I have to thank you. Your comment made me turn off notifications for this band. Stage presence is seen differently by many. Not everyone is into that stuff either . Many excellent musicians don’t need the theatrics to sound good…. just saying. I could name many successful long time acts like that, whose playing alone makes them great, with no added frills. But it’s not necessary to name them, because if you’re an old fan, you’ve probably seen them. I’ve read some kids comparing TW to the Beatles and other legendary acts. ‘The future’. ,… or so they claim. Maybe for them, but I don’t see it. I think it’s disrespectful to those legendary musicians and the original road they paved. Way too early for those comparisons. So yah.. to each their own. Too much excessive hype for me. Time will tell what actually happens. Stay rabid, man. I’ll pass. I was never into metal acts and all that hair flipping stuff. This one is no different. And that should be all good. You can like what you want. ✌️Peace
