知人が一宮駅と海岸の中間に住んでいて避難命令が出たと聞いています

千葉県の一宮から大原辺りまで海抜数ｍ各所に津波注意の看板ばかり、この様な光景な所では確かに必要でしょう。しかし実際は海岸に２～３０ｍの高い山の裏側でも似た表示。これでは住もうと思う人は減るばかりだと思います。　表示の仕方を工夫すると共に　防潮林をもっと増やす等の努力も必要だと思います。

20,000 people lost their lives in the 3/11/2011 tsunami. The people speaking here on the video didn’t seem to be worried and it this kind of complacency that gets people killed. I’m sure these people are probably ok but people hear the tsunami sirens and have a false of security case the last five times it turned out to be nothing.

一宮川沿岸は、2013年の洪水被害の翌年から堤防嵩上げ工事(当面土嚢積みだけ)を始めたら、2019年にはもっとひどい水害が起こりました。 堤防高さの想定見直しは為されているのか、知りません。今は土嚢をコンクリート堤防に置き換え中。 いずれにせよ、洪水対策であって、津波に対しては川を上る水位上昇には有効、としか思えない。 今日、蓮沼と一宮での津波動画を初めて見ました。死傷者不明者はなくても、貴重なデータですね。
