Great message! Who says you should not talk about politics!❤

Thank you, John! This was so very encouraging and confirming for me. So, in my heart, the message is, keep your head at all times, press in and press on! There will be obstacles but God...! I love the part where you said martyrs are seed; from their lives more people are won. I never thought of it that way. Thank you for the new perspective. God bless you and the work you do for Him!

I appreciate the urgency of what Jerry presents but, It seems unfortunate that what he doesn't present is having the available clarity of our hope that can call us through hardships & suffering to endure. Make sense?
@thomas.m710 күн бұрын
Ah, just came across the verse Isaiah 46:4, "I am he who sustains you." Excellent teaching on the topic, Jerry. You're right to point out that there is no point in suffering just for the sake of suffering. From the scriptures, we are all very well aware that God doesn’t tempt us with evil. But what we can learn from Job, or from all the saints in the Bible who had suffered horrendously, is that God doesn’t waste our sufferings. Just like Job, we can also hope that God doesn’t leave us in the midst of our suffering. Amidst being a man acquainted with grief, if there’s one thing we can all learn from Job, it’s that he never blamed God in his despair. That’s one profound lesson we can learn from him-how much he held onto God until the very end. “Though He slay me, yet will I hope in Him.” An absolute favorite from the whole of the scriptures. Just remembered a teaching by JWS years ago, and there's one sentence he said that still sticks with me to this day: "God is not the one causing your suffering." A similar pattern can be seen in Psalm 73, a lamentation, where the author wonders, despite faithfully following God, questions God's goodness toward His children. But in the end, Asaph comes to the realization: "Truly, God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart." And the strongest part comes next: "Nevertheless, I am continually with you. You have taken hold of my right hand. You will guide me with your counsel, and afterward, you will lead me to a position of honor." Suffering is inevitable in this fallen world, but God definitely has a way out for those looking for Him. We have hope in Him, and that power of hope is strong. These teachings have been such a blessing. I literally feel like God’s been in all the messages that have been coming across lately. Haha, it’d be a crime not to let you know how much Spirit & Truth teachings have been incredibly blessing-especially John. The ultimate thing we can learn from our suffering is that we rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. On a final note: "Indeed, all those who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted." But yet again, we are more powerfully reminded that "the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.”

Amen. Acts 15:11 we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same way as they also are.” Eph 2:5 even when we were dead due to our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ -by grace you have been saved- Eph 2:8 For you have been saved by grace through your trust, and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, 2 Tim 1:9 He is the One Who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not based on our works, but based on His own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

Excellent teaching, brother Rich! Thank you for sharing some of the mental and heart lessons of trust and endurance interwoven within Yahweh's Scriptures. Mary's example of deeply contemplating her specific godly and angelic invitation, knowing and reflecting on what she knew to be of the Truth regarding the coming Messiah, his qualities, and purpose, and then wholeheartedly moving out on her convictions and with support of loved ones truly encourages me to do the same. Also, the music wonderfully bookended the heart and intent of the Scriptures regarding Mary's dilemma, her searching out encouragement, and the glorious outcome that followed! Just beautiful! May the Body of Christ strive together to deepen our trust towards our heavenly Father and towards His Son, Jesus the Christ, with greater sensitivity to them, peaceful assurance, and a growing willingness to follow their promptings according to Yahweh's Holy Scripture (Let it be to me according to your Word. Luke 1:38) with their pure motives and love ever growing inside us, more and more each day! Thanks again, Sister Judy

Thanks!🙏🔥❤️ I am curious about Christians today, who think they are responsible to defend today's Israel. I don't think the defense of Israel has been mandated anyplace in the Epistles. Maybe this is more political than scriptural...

This is a superb lesson for those who harbor bitter memories of the ministry that many here were once a part of and that wouldn't be here today, or maybe even alive, if it were not for that ministry. It's time to get over it and this teaching is not only just what is needed for that purpose but I consider to be a command. A very wonderful and well known woman who remained with that other ministry recently passed away; were there those who failed to pay their respects because of their grudge? I pray not.
