I’ve bought the steer axles from eBay for $48 or i started buying them from Ali express for $36, got 3 steer axles for like $120 shipped! They do seem to have a few different styles so look closely but they have been good too me. shaft pins are kinda loose but i got some rhino shafts and tack welded the pins, stick shaft material wasn’t good to tack weld.

My first rig (Pangolin) had (and still has) 4ws, so my brain is really used to it. I have been using an RC6GS for a very short time, but its just easier for me than the old two position swith I learnt with. Learn the hard way, then change to an easier method... It was probably easier to learn with only a two position switch tho, even I didnt have the precision I needed

Turning the front tires around (backwards) helps it not push out while turning and helps it grab a hook and pull also by having the chevron reversed when it is attempting a climb when it slips it slips towards the center of the tire keeping you more on course verses slipping off to the side pushing you off the line I totally agree with you on other tire just not these Great channel love the content

I know this is from a year ago, but… I just decided to try and make these inserts. I tried the double bun thing and wasn’t a fan of it. Maybe it’s my tire choice. Anyway, I made the fridge foam dual stage inserts or the “Canyon Customs” and I love them. I made the double layer “soft” for my lighter base camp and triple wrapped the second set for my heavier cj7 and again, I love them.
