I think it is absolutely great and also absolutely sad, that they play without Andy. They should project a great Photo or film of Andy on Stage so he will be with the others while he ist Not fit. When you think, that the most of these songs started with the four original SWEET, one went ..they still play the songs, another one went...they still play the songs..next one went...they still play the songs-with other good teamplayers and singers.and now -while Andy ist ill...they still be able to make a good sweet Show🙏❤️isn't that marvoulus? Show me another band who showed that strengt🤷🏼♀️🥰💪🏼

Hey guys, apologies for being so late here, but loving this. I saw British Lion a little while ago at my local venue. Steve is indeed one of the absolute best bass players! Wish I’d have bought a t shirt. The support guy is great, not heard of him before. Tony Moore, will check him out. Ah, Steve’s ‘clangy galloping bass’ excellent!!! You got a great spot in front of the stage! It looks a great venue. Nice overview in the pub next door. You’re right about live compared to the album, much better live. Of course the bass is gonna be front and centre in the mix haha. There’s always the obsessives in the crowd haha. Really enjoyed that both. I’m gonna try and get Maiden tickets today for next year’s tour and the seeing the sex pistols tonight, well 3 of them anyway. Cheers both, great vlog 🍻

@@PostcardAndAPint glad you enjoyed it, if the venue is sold out the bar gets opened and you get to sit and have a beer or two while you wait. We went to see Amyl and the sniffers about 10 days ago and that one sold out in under 2 seconds,so we were so lucky to get a ticket. If you have time check that one out Amy has so much energy. Hope you like the Iron Maiden one, sadly the after gig review didn’t really turn out, we had no idea the corner hotel where all the maiden fans used to go had turned into a pick up joint after the footy so we really stood out. Have fun at the Sex Pistols. We have just got tickets for Green day and Supergrass, loving all these comeback tours for sure.😊

@@maidenengland2 Good one..I have never missed a Stranglers tour or Hugh Cornwell doing his own stuff..I missed this one cos of injury..Getting old now..First time I saw Stranglers Latrobe Uni in the 70s..But I've met Hugh many times and he signed all my stuff and I had a good laugh with him..He's a top bloke..Glad you both had a great time..Was there a big crowd??

Loving this guys, it’s just like sitting in the corner of a venue chatting with mates before a great gig!! Huge apologies for only just subbing and for checking out these videos, looking forward to working our way through them. Never seen the Darkness live but they’re a great band, I really like Justin’s KZbin channel. I missed who the support bands were. Justin was very firm about not filming so we didn’t want to get told off, Did you see Justin reviewing The Southern River band on his channel , they are fantastic. Our next gig is Wind rose on Sunday ,so we will be dressing up in medieval clothing 😊

Hi there - I met you both on the barrier prior to The Darkness at the Forum - and am loving attending all these other gigs vicariously through you both! Bummed though - was at Night 1 of Chris Isaak, would have loved to have said hi if we were there on the same night. He was brilliant though - you're right - such a comedian. I do want to try and track down The Chris Isaak Show for a rewatch now! Keep up the good work :)
