Sorry but the Mal is overfed and not well trained, has not a typical proper relationship to the handler, so the two dogs are absolutely not comparable Everything starts with a strong bond and trust between a dog and his handler... Always have working line Dutchies (Hollandse Herder) close breed to Belgian Malinois and keep them since almost 40 years, i never did sports, but they are doing the commands in the moment, completely focused and begging for more jobs to do - as family dogs and pet, not never ment to do service in military, police or personal protection dog - trust and a strong bond is the key for breed typical behavior in work and loyalty The Mal looking insecure around for the other dog has any basic focus, but being focused is the specialty of Mals So sad to watch an unfair comparation

It was spontaneous. As the Malinois trainer was not performing his duty well. To show them, there slackness. I made it. No comparison has been done. Every dog🐕 is great, provided the trainer and training is efficient. Well observation from your side. Please share the video.

That doesn’t look like a pure bred malinois. And the dog is so distracted. If it’s a military dog, this training is not at all sufficient. The officer was waiting for the dog to look st him, which should not be the case. The dog should always be looking at the officer for commands

The command and encouragement was very clear with the second handler. The first one seemed to panic when the dog didn't obey and it immediately reflected in the dog's behaviour as well.

Our breeds are respected in America where o e of the person exported 200 kanni, kombai and chippi and mandai for rescue and drug trafficking.... India is still under colonial grip of foreign breeds love when compared to Indian breeds... I keep seeing in airport they use lab and German sheperd.... We will lose our breed which are famous outside India but not.in India....

People get emotional when they see Desi dogs. They have no idea about dog breeds and how genetics and selective breeding forms the mind of a dog. Dogs are tailor made for specific purposes. Untill we in india develops a program to create a breed specific for indian army or police work it is better not to get emotional about Indian breeds. They are good dogs. Not yet ready genetically for carrying out army or police duties.

Its not fair to compare our desis with the malinois. Its not fair to compare any breed with the malinois when it comes to the defence sector. They have been single handedly killing bad guys in Syria and Iraq.
