Protein powder has nothing to do with energy production or loss. It just helps you cover your need of protein, and if you consume enough protein from you diet you don’t need it.

How mutant makes you tired ?, it had nothing bad stuff in it to make him bad protein..

I was just going to buy a 10 pounder here in Canada for $99. Thought I would do a little research given I'm someone who reacts to products with grape flavours....which is odd given outside the supplement industry I have zero grape allergies. I think I'm just going to look for products that are certified. Thanks
