That difference in crowd between Rally1 and Rally2/Rally3.... Now realize their goal is to neuter the top class and make Rally1 into a kind of Rally2+, much less power and less aero, must like the almost universally disliked 2009-2016 regulations (which led to basically a one-manufacturer championship, and a declining fanbase)
