Flossing is better at removing plaque than just rinsing your mouth because it mechanically scrapes and removes the sticky, bacteria-laden film that adheres to the surfaces between your teeth and under the gumline. Rinsing can wash away food particles and some bacteria, but it lacks the physical action needed to dislodge and eliminate plaque. I've used it and yes my teeth have gotten whiter. The strips are amazing as well. It says minimum is 2 minutes to swish. You don't have to do 10 minutes.

Wow u make it look so easy! I find putting them in is a breeze but taking the top retainer out is always my problem! The orthodontist said i have to wiggle the retainer but recently its been tough to get the top one out and all my fingers are sore! I dont know what to do lol

you are wrong this is my 4 day and my cavities are going away an clearing and teeth getting whiter, you are a dentist and should know that product like coconut its healthy .probably your lying like all dentist so people don't buy this product and go to your clinic and spend thousands. this product is good it does help with whitening but specially cavities and othes stuff.

She seem dense..A person working in a dentist office should also know not to spit coconut in a sink...It clogs, you suppose to spit it in a bag or garbage. I'm sorry you feel that way. This was definitely an initial review on how the oil pulling feels and what Guru Nanda is like. I am definitely not claiming that if you use this in one go it will give you the results you're looking for. And I didn't know that about coconut so I appreciate you letting me know. I don't think many people know that.

Hi Dr. Kern. Thanks for the great video. I am missing a tooth due to a root canal that got infected. My dentist said i coundnt get an implant because of the infection but I asked an AI chatbot Krissai and Kriss said its still possible. Something about a bone graft. What's your opinion?

I don't know if this helps you but I just had a root canal pulled too. Although it wasn't infected. I had a bone graft. Had to let it heal for about 2 months. I'm now going back in one month to get the implant.

How can u say the product is not gonna do any good (i.e.. teeth whitening, help with gingivitus, inflammation, etc..) after 1 swish? What kind of review is this? I give this review a C-. If u wanted to review the product fairly, u should use it for a 2 - 4 week period. That would give u enough time to gather more data points & see if the product offers tangible benefits. How much can u learn from 1 one minute swish? Duh!

Okay lady, I expected a little more from someone working in anactual dental office... you should know products take time to work... are they whiter?! LOL of course not, thryre already really white to begin with 😅 And I didnt buy it to whiten my teeth, but to improve gum health. I have a month and a half experiment.

Horrible review. I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I still do brush and floss. I don’t do it for 10 minutes but yes, my teeth have whiten a lot. I’m a coffee drinker. Don’t spit the oil in the sink because it will clog your pipes. Dump it in the toilet. The tongue scraper is a game changer, helps with better breath, my gums are not bleeding anymore and seem to be getting pinkish stronger. I don’t have tooth sensitivity anymore and overall I think this is a great product to add to your oral hygiene.
