Flour, water then oil. A faster hack is pressing the ACT button while the oil is literally on the sink. It's what I use my starter sink for.

Hi Rahul! Thank you for the comment, the idea here is getting Metal Tables before we take any sides because Metal Tables make sides and optional for that table. So if all of your tables are metal tables you don't have to serve sides! Hope that helps!

The Speedrun was completed on stream where in my case I like to get more involved with my community so it's unfortunate you feel that way but I appreciate the feedback!

That is correct, metal tables have the benefit of not requiring sides at the cost of less patience. Unfortunately takes many retries for a metal table run with the RNG though xD

Hey NickNine! Thanks for the comment, speedrunning in PlateUp! has different categories from solo to duos to trios to quad which restrict which maps you can play for a valid run. Solo runs have to be played on a Diner map (as per the video) that start with 1 table. On another note the number of counters also changes between maps and sometimes a diner map is more efficient due to less distance for customers to travel! But definitely hard to fit 3 or more people into the diner efficiently!

That's an interesting limitation. I have about 400 hours in PlateUp and I'd like to think I'm pretty quick. I may try some speedruns. I'm assuming each main is its own category?

Hi Lionel! So this is a feature of the Metal Tables in which sides become optional and so with all tables being metal, you no longer have to worry about sides, but in turn have less patience for waiting for food and delivery.

Upgrades are not set by the seed. It generally takes a few tries to get the metal tables if you want to try this method.

I see where you are coming from and this is how they were done initially. The implementation of Livesplit necessitated the change as it doesn't begin until day 1 starts. This does allow for some variety in setups which should be more interesting.
