Why are you piling attack items on a special attack mon? Shell bell, slick spoon & curse incense is the build.

Yes, you’re using a fire spin and flame charge build which utilises your 3 ticks of special attack damage of the fire spin and a stun of flame charge to keep them in the vortex. The reason you stated for using Muscle band was to increase attack by 15. There is no need to do the same. The rapid fire scarf will be utilised only after 3 basic moves, and more often than not, you will use basic attacks in your vortex “after” flame charging, getting 4 hits maximum (3 without the scarf). Wise glasses might be the only item making sense here. Please refer unite DB for better builds. It will enable you to churn out better and relevant content.
